Cauliflower Rice

Super Simple 2-Step Cauliflower Rice

This is the easiest cauliflower rice ever. No steaming, no squeezing, no fuss. Just chop, cook, and you’re done. If you’ve ever overthought cauliflower rice… this one’s for you.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • Seasonings of choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)


Directions

  1. Chop or pulse
    Cut the cauliflower into chunks and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. (Don’t overdo it or you’ll get mush.)

  2. Cook
    Add the cauliflower directly to a skillet over medium heat. Do not add oil or liquid. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and heated through.

  3. Season
    Add salt, pepper, or any seasonings you like. That’s it.


Tips

  • Use a rubber spatula to stir and scrape the pan easily.

  • Great base for stir-fries, bowls, or as a low-carb rice substitute.

  • Season it however you like… garlic powder, Italian seasoning, taco seasoning, you name it.


Servings

Makes 2–3 servings, depending on portion size.
