
Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon
This baked lemon garlic salmon is simple, flavorful, and perfect for an easy weeknight meal. With just a few fresh ingredients and minimal prep, it delivers big flavor without a lot of effort.
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon dried herb seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 (6 oz) salmon fillet
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley.
Place the salmon in a glass baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Turn to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour, turning once if possible.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the salmon (with marinade) on a piece of foil and seal loosely.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
