
Chicken and Shrimp Stir-Fry
This chicken and shrimp stir-fry is a quick, protein-packed meal that comes together in minutes. It’s light, flavorful, and perfect for a fast weeknight dinner or meal prep option.
Ingredients
1 (6 oz) raw chicken breast, sliced
8 medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 snap peas
1 cup bean sprouts
2 scallions, chopped
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 cups cooked soba noodles or steamed rice
2 tablespoons peanut oil
Directions
Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add the chicken and shrimp and sauté for about 4 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the shrimp are pink.
Add the snap peas, bean sprouts, and scallions. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the ginger, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 1 minute, until everything is well coated and heated through.
Serve immediately over cooked soba noodles or steamed rice.
