Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 4 teaspoons olive oil

  • Italian seasoning or all-purpose seasoning, to taste


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season evenly with Italian seasoning or your favorite all-purpose spice blend.

  4. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
