For my first official post as an Austin resident, it’s time for #WomanCrushWednesday!!!! This week I am crushing on a friend from waaaaay back, Sarah Howbert <3 Drop some love in the comments!
Every week I choose a woman from my life to celebrate just for being her. I know some people use #WCW for celebs or famous people, but I like to take the opportunity to recognize women from my real life that inspire and amaze me.
I have thousands of friends on Facebook, and I have seen what the masses can do with social media. A lot of people complain, spread gossip, put down leadership, and generally just do NOT make the world a better place.
Sarah is the complete opposite!!! When I see her posts it makes my day better. Keeping up with her online is easy, because her spirit and personality shine through so brightly.
Her huge heart, loving mind, and light-up-a-room smile are so clear in everything she does. Her positive nature, vulnerable realness, and wandering spirit are absolutely everything I want in the people I call my friends.
Sarah, I feel so lucky to have reconnected with you, and I appreciate you every day. Thank you for being this week’s #WCW and your dedication to making the world around you a better place!!!
