For many years, I built my business around helping women improve their health, confidence, and income through the Beachbody coaching opportunity. I wrote dozens of blog posts about how to start, how to recommit, and how to grow a coaching business.
That chapter has officially closed.
In 2025, Beachbody / BODi announced that they were ending the coaching opportunity and restructuring their business model. That means there is no longer a way to join as a coach or build a business the way many of us once did.
This post exists to explain:
What changed
What you can still do if you love Beachbody products
What I am doing now
Why this new direction aligns better with my health mission
What Happened to Beachbody Coaching?
Beachbody made the decision to discontinue the independent coach business model. While customers can still purchase many of their fitness programs and products, the opportunity to build a coaching business and team is no longer available.
This was a big shift for thousands of people who built communities, accountability groups, and income streams around coaching.
For me, it meant asking an important question:
What kind of wellness work do I want to do next?
Can You Still Get Discounts on Beachbody / BODi Products?
Yes.
Even though I am no longer a coach, I can still share their products as an affiliate.
That means:
You can still order programs and supplements
You can still receive discounts with my code AMBERSBODI
I no longer recruit or manage a BODi team
My role is strictly as a product affiliate
If you are simply here because you enjoy Beachbody workouts or nutrition products, nothing has been taken away from you as a customer.
But my focus has changed.
Why I Chose a New Wellness Path
Over the past several years, my own health journey shifted dramatically.
I began focusing less on:
Extreme workouts
Calorie obsession
Hustle culture
All or nothing thinking
And more on:
Hormone health
Gut health
Mental health
Nervous system regulation
Sustainable habits for women in perimenopause and beyond
I am a science nerd at heart. I live with ADHD. I am a single mom. I have experienced insulin resistance and an eating disorder in the past. I needed a wellness approach that supported my biology, not punished it.
That is when I found a company that aligned with what I actually teach and believe.
What I’m Doing Now
