Sausage Egg Roll In A Bowl
1 pound ground pork sausage
6 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sausage, garlic, and ginger, to the skillet.
Cook through, stirring often to crumble.
Add the coleslaw mix, carrots and coconut aminos to the skillet with the sausage.
Cook for 5 minutes or until cabbage has softened a bit.
Remove from the heat and top with the green onions, sesame seeds, and drizzle with sesame oil.
