Today is my 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of sharing my journey!!
As of this moment, in my adult life, even though I’ve keep the weight off for this long, I have still been morbidly obese for 3 x LONGER than I’ve been a healthy weight. I am 33 years old, so I’ve been an “adult” for 15 years now.
I took the very first baby steps of my journey a year before I started helping others. I reached my lowest weight in 2012, a year AFTER I started helping others. These pictures on the right are from this past year, the weight is still off!
I have not always been perfect, and I range in a 15 pound difference from my lowest in 2012. I live a life of moderation and adventure, and I have imbalances in my thyroid, adrenals and hormones. All of which have been greatly improved by living a healthy lifestyle for the last almost 5 years. In short, life happens, but it doesn’t derail me any more!
I know that sharing my journey with others, and having their support, has been the KEY to my success. I have an incredible community of people that keep me going, don’t judge me when I screw up, give me a safe space to learn, and are on a journey of their own along side me.
It is my passion to share this community with others so that you may find the support, friendship, kindness, and results, that I have found
As a celebration of my four years of helping others, I am starting an online support group here on Facebook, for women only. I am looking for 10 women who need help with meal planning, support, education, accountability and CONSISTENCY with their goals.
