Ingredients
1 slice low-fat turkey bacon
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1 egg, scrambled
1/2 tomato, sliced
Directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook the turkey bacon to your desired level of crispness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Scramble the egg in the same skillet until fully cooked.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the egg, turkey bacon, and tomato slices between the toasted bread.
