How I Got Younger

You know what day it is!!! Yep it’s #transformationtuesday 😀 Each week I make sure to tell a small part of my story, so that all our new followers can get an idea of who I am, and why they should stick around. WELCOME to our 115 new people this week <3

Would you believe these pictures are almost 10 YEARS apart!?!? I feel like I look SO much younger in the AFTER pic. It’s amazing what fitness, nutrition, and personal growth can do for you.

My name is Amber and I have been on quite a journey in my life. The most notable is the one that started in 2009 when I got divorced, shortly after filing bankruptcy and losing our house.

I was living alone for the first time, depressed, drinking a ton, and finding my only friendship in food. It was the one thing I thought I could count on. Food was always there, no matter what else was going on.

I had lost 10, 30, even 50 pounds before, but I was at an all time high of almost 300 pounds, because every failed attempt meant more weight gained in the long run.

Over the past 5 years I have lost 110 lbs, built a 6 figure business from home, and found an incredible community that supports my growth as a person.

The most important thing I have found is my YOUTH. For the first time in my life, at 30 years old, I found the ability to ENJOY LIFE. To really FEEL my feelings, to adore people, to rock whatever I want to wear, to jump off things, and climb on things.

I know that on a calendar I was younger in the first pic, but the past 5 years that have added years to my life, have actually added life to my years.
